These terms govern use of the VARAi Revenue Reports integration (the “Integration”), an internal tool operated by VARAi Inc. (“VARAi”) that connects to QuickBooks Online to read VARAi’s own financial reports. By authorizing or using the Integration you agree to them.
1. Who may use it
The Integration is licensed only to VARAi and to personnel VARAi has authorized to connect it to VARAi’s own QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses, and it may not be connected to any company file VARAi does not own or administer.
2. What it does
The Integration is read-only. It retrieves company information and financial reports (profit and loss detail and related sales reports) so VARAi can reconcile revenue. It does not create, modify, void, or delete any QuickBooks record, and it does not move money.
3. Your responsibilities
- Connect the Integration only with a QuickBooks user VARAi has designated for it.
- Do not attempt to extend, bypass, or repurpose its read-only restrictions.
- Report suspected credential exposure to VARAi immediately so access can be revoked.
4. Data
Data retrieved through the Integration is VARAi’s own business data and is used solely for internal financial reporting. It is not sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy and the integration details for how access is secured and how to disconnect it.
5. Intuit and QuickBooks
QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s own terms. VARAi is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.
6. Availability and warranty
The Integration is provided “as is.” It depends on Intuit’s services and may stop working, without notice, if those services or authorizations change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VARAi disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
7. Revocation and changes
VARAi may suspend or revoke access at any time, and may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
